The verdict of the Jury
The vertucal machining centre MCV 1210 intended for the machining
of complex spatial shapes in three or five axes is a cultivated
product whose design carries on the tradition of successful
designs made by this company. A simple, plain shape of the object
makes the machine look an architectural unit, giving it timeless
elegance. Sober colours accentuate the importance of the elements
of the control board, and draw attention to the functional
aggregates of the production space. The jury also appreciates the
conceptual design of another two machines (TMZ642CNC and H 50)
made by the same manufacturer. Both of them were submitted to the
2007 Excellent Design Competition. They demonstrate the endeavour
to create corporate identity based on good-quality and
sophisticated design. |

The innovative technical solution developed by our engineers
and protected by provisions of law, allows to independently
control the speed of each spindle and to calibrate the power
of each AC spindle motor in accordance with the requirements
of the specific machining operations performed by
each customer. At the same time, the absolute independence
of each spindle makes it possible to perform any type of
machining, including machining operations requiring spindle
stopping or C-axis spindle orienting, thus making of the TMZ
a real and complete turning and milling centre.

H 50
The H 50 is a horizontal milling centre equipped
with a pallet changer for two pallets,
and with a tool magazine
with automatic tool changing.
Highly productive machine is intended for a productive complex machining of parts of flat or box shapes, moulds and dies
- made of steel, grey cast iron and light-metal alloys clamped on the working pallet.
This machine enables milling operations in three mutually perpendicular coordinate
axes X, Y, Z.
The rotary table (B axis) allows machining from more sides.

automatic sliding headstock lathes.
K'MX 413 is the main solution for the run
of small parts Ø2 to Ø13mm (possibility up to Ø16 mm with preparation of
bars).
With standard equipment including two numerical
electrospindels, one barloader as well as a
three stations rotating unit.

Machine MCV 1210 construction is formed by the upper-gantry type portal, whose frame consists of two side walls fixed to the base.
Bolted down to the base upper faces are linear guideways for the cross rail travel.
Optimisation of machine skeleton shape (main castings) from point
of view of maximum rigidity along with minimum weight of machine.
Machine enables, with regard to the high dynamics and very high rigidity and damping capacity of its construction,
utilization of advantages of HSC technology.
Machine standard version with three CNC controlled axes:

X axis - horizontal travel of cross
slide with slide ram along
the cross rail in transversal direction

Y axis - horizontal travel of cross
rail along the upper faces
of side walls in longitudinal direction
